Dr. William H. Bates was an Ophthalmologist in the early 1900‘s who discovered a new approach to vision through careful observation and practice. With a better understanding of how the eyes function, he was able to help patients improve their eyesight and heal many different eye conditions. Building off of the work of Dr. Bates, natural vision improvement has continued to evolve over time by various teachers of his work.

Improving your eyesight naturally involves a combination of the Dr. Bates method, breathing exercises, guided visualizations, and other healing modalities. Emotional factors can also be explored and released if needed.
